Purchased a vehicle after searching for do long. Was about to give up on getting a vehicle Jimmie aka James got us into one. Nice jeep. Sadly 2 weeks later I got into an accident . All the airbags deployed and I was only going about 25. Broke my finger, jammed a couple others and thanks to the rod in my leg the knee airbag didn't break my leg..Gap insurance is and will always be a necessity when getting a car on payments. We are still dealing with insurance stuff. Some ompanies are definitely faster than others. Yet here we are not a week later we have a vehicle crazy it's the same vehicle we had. Newer and nicer.. Jimmie, his manager and his managers manager worked hard and made miracles happen, for us to be back mobile. Trying a great group of people at the Lima road location. Thanks guys
